Welcome to Wolf Bluff. Kindly remember that the woods are theirs, and the town is ours.

Somewhere deep in the southeast, as the town of Wolf Bluff locks its doors and dampens its fireplaces, radio host Rex McHattie and his producer Kit Greenville are sound-checking their nightly call-in show, The Witching Hour. Between midnight and three AM, callers from all over the Wolf Bluff tell their best, most harrowing tales of mystery, murder, and malevolence. But the scariest stories might just be happening off the air...

When a mysterious entity begins to plague Rex and disrupt his nightly show, he's more frustrated than curious. Newly sober after an accident that almost took his life the previous year, he's a staunch skeptic of the supernatural despite his line of work. But with the uptick in missing person cases, the unexplained glow from The Woods, and a ghostly presence that won't seem to leave him alone, Rex is thrown into a mystery that may just unravel the entire town.

  • Rex McHattie is no stranger to the paranormal; after all, his show, The Witching Hour, gets calls from listeners 5 nights a week detailing their scariest stories of mystery, murder, and malevolence. But this time, things are getting personal.

Fresh off a ghostly encounter, Rex is back in the studio with his long-suffering producer, Kit Greenville, and the rest of the WBAR crew, including assistant producer Fiona Nistwenger, station manager Mike Bullock, and his eager assistant, Ryan.

On the line tonight is Laura Carpenter –– a young mother with a harrowing tale of her run-in with a now suspiciously missing self-help guru and his biggest fan… or something that was pretending to be them.

Will Rex make it through the show without losing his mind? Is Laura’s story true? Tune in and decide on this month’s episode of Longtime, First Time.

  • Tensions are high at WBAR. Between literal ghosts causing technical mayhem, a lack of sleep plaguing Fiona, Ryan existing, and god-awful coffee, the crew of The Witching Hour is hanging on by a thread. Whoever this ghostly apparition is, she's appeared to both Rex and Kit –– but what she wants? Neither of them has any clue.

On the line tonight is Tina, a Wolf Bluff local, sharing her story of an innocent scavenger hunt in The Woods with her friends Tony, Emily, Devin, and Andy. But this is The Witching Hour, and much like The Woods, very few innocent things make it out alive....

  • A body has been found.

The town of Wolf Bluff is no stranger to disappearances, but when bones are uncovered on the edge of the woods, everything changes for our residents and the Wolf Bluff P.D..

Meanwhile, Rex welcomes a very much alive (and in-studio) guest, local historian Cliff Billings, who brings with him the town's most sacred text — the original diary of Winston Wolf, son of the town’s founder. Through its pages, Cliff unveils a blood-soaked origin story filled with exile, secret rituals, and an encounter that shakes him to his core.

His story is almost unbelievable... if you don't live in Wolf Bluff.

As past and present begin to blur, one thing becomes chillingly clear: what gets buried in Wolf Bluff doesn’t stay buried for long.
